Once your item(s) arrive with us, on an average turnaround we aim to complete the work within 4–5 working days. During our intensive service there may be slight delays if we need to go over anything, but we'll do our best to keep you informed.
Yes. If you can bring your pushchair to us, we'll aim to complete the repair while you wait (parts availability depending). For home collections, we'll aim to complete the repair and dispatch the same day it arrives (courier times and parts availability depending).
During your service booking you'll be quoted for our labour, which is a fixed cost. We'll then identify what's causing the issue and, if parts are required, send a formal quotation for your approval before proceeding with any work.
We're based in North-West London, so you're welcome to bring your item(s) directly to us. When that's not possible, we can arrange a courier to collect anywhere in the UK mainland for an additional cost.
If we're using a third-party courier, your item(s) need to be packaged in a box. If you can't source suitable packaging, get in touch and we'll see what boxes we can supply (there will be an additional cost, mainly to get the box to you).
