Frequently Asked Questions

Once your item(s) have arrived with us, on an average turnaround we aim to complete your work within 4–5 working days. During our intensive service there may be slight delays if we need to go over anything, but we will try our best to keep you informed of this.

During your service booking you'll be quoted for our labour, which is a fixed cost. We then need to identify what is causing the issue and, if parts are required, we'll send a formal quotation to seek your approval before proceeding with any work.

We're currently based in North-West London, so you're welcome to bring your item(s) directly to us. When that's not possible we can arrange a courier service to collect anywhere in the UK mainland for an additional cost.

If we're using a third-party courier service, your item(s) will need to be packaged in a box. If you're not able to source suitable packaging, please reach out and we'll see what boxes we can supply — there will be an additional cost, mainly to get the box to you.
