Frequently asked questions
Once your items arrive with us, we aim to complete the work within 4–5 working days on an average turnaround. During an intensive service there may be slight delays if we need to look into anything further, but we'll keep you informed.
Yes. If you can bring your pushchair to us, we'll aim to complete the repair while you wait, subject to parts availability. For home collections, we aim to complete the repair and dispatch the same day it arrives, subject to courier times and parts availability.
During your booking you'll be quoted for our labour, which is a fixed cost. We then identify what's causing the issue, and if parts are required we send a formal quotation for your approval before doing any work.
We're based in North-West London, so you're welcome to bring your items directly to us. When that isn't possible, we can arrange a courier to collect from anywhere in UK mainland for an additional cost.
If we're using a third-party courier, your items need to be packaged in a box. If you can't source suitable packaging, reach out and we'll see what boxes we can supply — there may be an additional cost, mainly to get the box to you.
Babyzen offer a very wide range of spares and accessories. If we don't have the product listed, email us at support@buggypitstop.co.uk and we'll do our best to source the correct part or accessory for you.
We carry out Babyzen warranty repairs in the UK, but to make a warranty claim you'll need to contact the manufacturer to open the claim first. Get in touch with us once that's done and we'll take it from there.
