Once your item arrives with us, we aim to complete the work within 4-5 working days. If we need to go over anything there may be a slight delay, but we'll keep you informed.
Yes. If you can bring your pushchair to us, we'll aim to complete the repair while you wait, subject to parts availability. For home collections, we aim to complete the repair and dispatch the same day it arrives, subject to courier times and parts availability.
During booking you'll be quoted a fixed labour cost. We then identify what's causing the issue, and if parts are required we send a formal quotation for your approval before any work goes ahead. We'll never recommend a repair you don't need.
We're based in North-West London, so you're welcome to bring your item directly to us. When that isn't possible, we can arrange a courier to collect anywhere on the UK mainland for an additional cost.
If we're using a third-party courier, your item needs to be packaged in a box. If you can't source suitable packaging, get in touch and we'll see what boxes we can supply — there's a small additional cost to get the box to you.
