Once your item(s) arrive with us, on an average turnaround we aim to complete the work within 4–5 working days. During our intensive service there may be slight delays if we need to go over anything, but we'll do our best to keep you informed.
Yes. If you can bring your pushchair to us, we can often turn a clean around faster. For home collections, we'll aim to clean and dispatch your item promptly (courier times depending).
Cleaning is priced by pushchair size and the clean you choose — steam or deep — and you'll see the price before you book. Nationwide collection is £15 each way.
We're based in North-West London, so you're welcome to bring your item(s) directly to us. When that's not possible, we can arrange a courier to collect anywhere in the UK mainland for an additional cost.
If we're using a third-party courier, your item(s) need to be packaged in a box. If you can't source suitable packaging, get in touch and we'll see what boxes we can supply (there will be an additional cost, mainly to get the box to you).
