Frequently asked questions
Once your items arrive with us, we aim to complete your work within 4–5 working days on average. During an intensive service there may be slight delays if we need to go over anything, but we'll keep you informed.
Yes. If you can bring your pushchair to us, we can often turn a clean around faster. For home collections, we'll aim to clean and dispatch your item promptly, depending on courier times.
Cleaning is priced by pushchair size and the clean you choose — you'll see the price before you book. Nationwide collection is £15 each way.
We're based in North-West London, so you're welcome to bring your items directly to us. When that isn't possible, we can arrange a courier to collect anywhere in the UK mainland for an additional cost.
If we're using a third-party courier, your items need to be packaged in a box. If you can't source suitable packaging, reach out and we'll see what boxes we can supply — there's an additional cost, mainly to get the box to you.
