Our story
More than 17 years ago, our Managing Director founded Buggy Pitstop after the closure of his nursery store in London. With years of experience in customer service, his mission was always to give parents the best possible support. Along the way he met plenty of customers who couldn't get their pushchairs repaired — often because the manufacturer couldn't help. So he took matters into his own hands, fixed a pushchair for a delighted customer, and she told her friends. By the time the nursery store closed, he had already found his next calling. With a growing reputation for helping parents with their repairs, Buggy Pitstop was born. Today we carry on that legacy — keeping pushchairs in top condition, one repair at a time.
