Frequently asked questions
Once your items arrive with us, we aim to complete the work within 4–5 working days. During an intensive service there may be slight delays if we need to go over anything, but we'll keep you informed.
Yes. If you can bring your pushchair to us, we'll aim to complete the repair while you wait (subject to parts availability). For home collections, we aim to complete the repair and dispatch it the same day it arrives (subject to courier times and parts availability).
During your service booking you're quoted for our labour, which is a fixed cost. We then identify what's causing the issue, and if parts are required we send a formal quotation for your approval before proceeding with any work.
We're based in North-West London, so you're welcome to bring your items directly to us. When that isn't possible, we can arrange a courier to collect from anywhere in the UK mainland for an additional cost.
If we're using a third-party courier, your items need to be packaged in a box. If you can't source suitable packaging, reach out and we'll see what boxes we can supply — there's a small additional cost, mainly to get the box to you.
Baby Jogger offers a wide range of spares and accessories. If we don't have the product listed, email us at support@buggypitstop.co.uk and we'll do our best to source the correct part or accessory you need.
We carry out warranty repairs for Baby Jogger in the UK, but to make a warranty claim you'll need to contact the manufacturer first to open the claim. Get in touch and we'll point you to the right place.
