Frequently asked questions
Once your items arrive with us, we aim to complete the work within 4–5 working days. During an intensive service there may be slight delays if we need to go over anything, but we'll keep you informed.
No — we've stopped taking on Baby Jogger repairs. We do still clean any Baby Jogger, and we stock genuine Baby Jogger spares, so if a part has worn out we can usually get you the replacement. Not sure what's wrong with yours? Get in touch and we'll tell you straight.
We're based in North-West London, so you're welcome to bring your items directly to us. When that isn't possible, we can arrange a courier to collect from anywhere in the UK mainland for an additional cost.
If we're using a third-party courier, your items need to be packaged in a box. If you can't source suitable packaging, reach out and we'll see what boxes we can supply — there's a small additional cost, mainly to get the box to you.
